5 Minutes Just For Me

Happy 2025!

This year has started slowly and happily and for that I’m truly grateful. 

Despite a few health issues (happy peri-menopause to me) I’m feeling positive and content. I’ve been doing ‘Dry January’, I’ve been trying to eat a mainly whole food diet and cutting processed foods, and am trying to exercise more.

My husband and adult children are happy and it looks 2025 is going to be a fabulous year for our family.

I’m determined to make this year one full of love, joy, moderation, and balance. Hopefully, by manifesting my thoughts and wishes here, I will have a permanent reminder of the power of positive thinking and a place that I can come to each day to spend 5 minutes just for me!
